We are excited to have bagged ourselves a pair of tickets to some of the Heritage Live music festivals taking place at the Sandringham Estate in August. The tickets will be auctioned online to help us raise funds for the village hall.
The silent auction runs from Saturday 29th March at 9am and finishes on Sunday 11th May at 10pm.
Up for grabs are:
- a pair of tickets to Michael Bublé (joined by Beverley Knight and Gabrielle) on Sunday, 17th August 2025
- a pair of tickets to Mariah Carey (with special guests Nile Rogers & Chic and Eternal) on Friday, 15th August 2025
- a pair of tickets to Stereophonics (joined by Blossoms and Jake Bugg) on Saturday 16th August 2025
Tickets will be emailed to the auction winners by Heritage Live, who stage music festivals at some of England’s most beautiful and culturally significant venues, including Sandringham.
Every penny raised from the sale of the tickets in the auction will go to North Wootton Village Hall, Registered Charity Number 304026.
Don’t miss out on these unique experiences, and perhaps even the chance of some bargain price tickets!
How To Bid
We have partnered with GalaBid to auction the Heritage Live Festival tickets.
As GalaBid is web based, there is no need for participants to download an app. You simply visit the link, view the auction items and place bids.
You will be prompted to register before you place your first bid or make a donation.
Participants in the auction receive automated notifications when they have been outbid. Once the auction has closed, winners receive a notification of items won and their total owing, including a link to pay securely and download their invoice.
To place a bid, click on the item, enter your bid and press “Bid Now”. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to register (with your email, mobile no, and password), or to sign in if you already have an account.
Once you are signed in you will be asked to confirm your bid – at this point you can uncheck ‘show my name’ if you wish to remain anonymous. You can also opt in to receive a text alert. If your bid is successful you will receive a ‘highest bidder’ message on screen and an email and text to confirm. If you are outbid later you will receive and email and text with a link to bid again.
Highest bidders will receive an email and a link to pay shortly after the close of the auction.
