Whether your baby is 7 weeks old or 7 months old, the classes are suitable for both (newborn to 12 months).
Classes are friendly and baby led, so if your baby doesn’t want a massage during the class, that’s fine, you will learn everything you need to continue it at home. We have plenty on toys in class for babies for a little distraction. Feed, change, play – it all goes! I will also have a baby change station in every class, always fully stocked!
Even if you are a little nervous about meeting new parents and bringing baby to a new class please be assured I will do anything to make you feel more comfortable, I’m right there with you! (my little ones are 4 months and 22 months!) Sometimes there’s nothing better than chatting to other parents who know exactly what you are going through and supporting each other in the crazy life that is parenthood!
