The residents of North Wootton recently voted to save their village hall. A new committee has been formed by parishioners, and we are already working hard to raise funds to refurbish the village hall, making it more user friendly and attractive to those wishing to hire a space, as well as maintaining it for future generations of North Wootton villagers. Liquid refreshments and vintage china and decorations will be supplied by North Wootton based company Vintage Partyware; cakes, biscuits, and treats will be baked by village residents, including the ladies of the WI. The idea of the Macmillan Coffee Morning is to show off the Hall to villagers, tell them of our ideas, and to canvas opinions on what people would like to see in the village hall, all while raising a little money for Macmillan too.

We’d love to see you there – the Macmillan Coffee Morning will take place 9:30 – 14:30 on 29th September 2017 at the Village Hall and we will be joined by The Worshipful the Mayor of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Councillor Carol Bower. Let’s save lives with every slice!
